Can I really earn and study at the same time?

Yes. You work 5 days a week and study 1 day, earning ₹15K–₹20K/month while progressing toward a degree.

What if I don’t want to do the full 3 years?

You can exit after Year 1 with a Certificate or after Year 2 with a Diploma — all certified by TISS SSE.

Will I get a job after completing the program?

Most students get absorbed full-time by their host company or placed in other firms. You graduate with a degree and work experience.

Is this a real degree or just a training certificate?

It’s a government-recognized degree from TISS School of Skill Education, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP).

Will I be treated like a regular employee at work?

You are an intern with structure and support — not a casual worker. Employers invest in your learning and growth.

Is this program safe for girls?

Yes. We partner only with verified companies and provide regular monitoring and mentorship, especially for girl students.

How much do we need to pay for this?

Nothing. The stipend and tuition are fully sponsored by the employer. There are zero upfront or hidden costs

Is TrainNova a government scheme?

No, it's better. It’s a TISS-backed, NEP-aligned national program with long-term credibility and real career outcomes.

What if my child wants to quit midway?

They can exit after completing a year and still receive a recognized credential (Certificate/Diploma).

What’s my obligation as an employer?

You provide a stipend and on-the-job training. There is no PF, ESI, or permanency requirement. Interns are not contractual employees.

Can I choose to absorb interns after completion?

Yes. You may offer full-time employment to high-performing interns — but there is no obligation to do so.

Is this legally compliant?

100%. TrainNova operates under the Work Integrated Training model defined in the NEP, with academic certification from TISS SSE.

Can this be counted as part of my CSR contribution?
