General Terms of Participation

TrainNova is a facilitation platform for Work Integrated Training programs in collaboration with the TISS School of Skill Education (TISS SSE) and employer partners.

Students selected into the program are enrolled as interns, not permanent employees.

All internships include both on-the-job training (OJT) and academic study, leading to formal certification by TISS SSE.

Program structure (stipend, host company, job role) may vary by geography and industry sector.

For Students & Parents

Students must have completed 10+2 (12th standard pass) at the time of enrollment.

No fees or donations are charged to students for admission into TrainNova or TISS SSE programs.

Monthly stipend amounts (₹15K–₹20K) are subject to:

• Employer policies
• Location-specific variations
• Consistent attendance and performance

The academic degree/certificate is issued by TISS SSE, not by TrainNova.

Participation in the program does not guarantee permanent employment at the host company.

For Employers

Interns placed through TrainNova are students, not employees. Employers are not liable for:

• PF / ESI / statutory benefits
• Gratuity / bonus / severance pay

Employers are expected to provide:

• A safe, structured learning environment
• A monthly stipend as agreed upon
• Support for academic participation on theory days

TrainNova and TISS SSE retain the right to reassign or replace interns in case of conflict or underperformance.

Legal & Academic Disclaimers

TISS SSE is a UGC-recognized university. All academic content, assessments, and certifications are governed by their internal policies and guidelines.

TrainNova is a service provider and facilitator, not a certifying authority or employer.

Any disputes related to stipend disbursement, working conditions, or academic outcomes will be addressed jointly by TrainNova, TISS SSE, and the employer — but TrainNova is not liable for contractual obligations between student and company.

Program policies may evolve in line with updates from:

• National Education Policy (NEP)
• UGC / AICTE / Government Skill Missions

Data Privacy & Contact Consent

All student and employer data collected through TrainNova is stored securely and used only for program-related communication.

By submitting any form on this website, users consent to being contacted via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp by TrainNova representatives.

We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers or external agencies.
